Dues must be paid by Dec. 31 for a newspaper to be eligible for the 2004 section and writing contest. Dues are as follows:

Under 40,000 — $95 for the first member; $50 for each additional member.

40,000-100,000 — $150 for first member; $75 for each additional member.

100,000-250,000 — $225 for first member; $75 for each additional member.

Over 250,000 — $300 for first member; $75 for each additional member.

Information you provide on the forms will be used in the 2005 APSE directory which will be printed in January.
