The Association for Women in Sports Media is seeking news organizations to host interns in either sports writing or editing in summer or fall 2009 through its Scholarship & Internship Program.
AWSM has been placing talented female college students in paid sports media internships for
nearly 20 years.
Host organizations are able to review applications to determine which candidate they'd prefer to hire. Salary and length and dates of internship should be the same as for an intern hired through the organization's own program.
