Helps produce online Newsletter stories that contain issues helpful to sports editors of small and medium-size news newspapers; works with APSE president and third vice-president to organize convention workshops and general sessions that appeal to small-paper editors; works with region chairs to plan at least one session at each regional meeting geared for editors of small papers. Also, work with the President on increasing membership of the organization and create a formal mentorship program.
